Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • access to and use of Grunjoub.store;

  • purchases made through Grunjoub.store;

  • communications relating to orders;

  • products offered for sale through our website; and

  • other services we expressly state are subject to these Terms.

Additional terms or policies may apply to particular services or promotions.

Where another policy forms part of your contract with us, it should be read together with these Terms.

4. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or attempts to restrict any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Goods supplied to consumers must, where required by law:

  • be of satisfactory quality;

  • be fit for their intended purpose;

  • match their description;

  • correspond with any sample or model where applicable; and

  • otherwise comply with applicable consumer law.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will prevail.

5. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use Grunjoub.store only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our website:

  • unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • to transmit malicious software;

  • to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to submit false or misleading information;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights;

  • to conduct automated scraping or extraction where prohibited by law or these Terms;

  • to abuse promotional offers;

  • to interfere with another person's use of the website; or

  • for activities intended to damage Grunjoub or third parties.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of our website.

6. ELIGIBILITY TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant contract.

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

You are responsible for checking:

  • your name;

  • delivery address;

  • billing information;

  • contact information;

  • product;

  • size;

  • colour;

  • quantity; and

  • other order details

before submitting your order.

We will provide reasonable opportunities to identify and correct errors during the ordering process where required.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all products offered through Grunjoub.store.

Product pages may include information such as:

  • photographs;

  • colour;

  • materials;

  • dimensions;

  • sizing;

  • features;

  • care information; and

  • availability.

Images are provided to help illustrate the products.

Although we take reasonable steps to display colours accurately, the exact appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting or display settings.

Such variation does not affect your rights where goods are materially different from their description or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that the product will remain available indefinitely.

If an item becomes unavailable after you submit an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

If we cannot supply an item for which you have already paid, the applicable payment will be refunded.

9. PRICES

Product prices will be displayed on Grunjoub.store before an order is placed.

Prices presented to UK consumers will include applicable taxes where legally required.

Before you become bound by an order, we will provide the total price payable or explain how it will be calculated where permitted by law.

Any applicable delivery charges or other unavoidable charges will be disclosed before the order is submitted.

We will not deliberately conceal mandatory charges or introduce unavoidable charges only at the final stage of checkout.

10. PRICE TRANSPARENCY

Prices, discounts, promotions and savings displayed on Grunjoub.store will be presented in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection requirements.

We will not knowingly use misleading pricing practices.

Where a promotion refers to a price reduction, comparison price, percentage saving or similar claim, the information must not materially mislead consumers.

Any mandatory fees or charges must be appropriately disclosed.

11. OBVIOUS PRICING ERRORS

Despite reasonable efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before the contract has been accepted, we may contact you and give you the opportunity to:

  • purchase the product at the correct price; or

  • cancel the affected item or order.

We will not rely on this clause to unfairly alter an agreed price after a binding contract has been formed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Grunjoub may offer:

  • discounts;

  • promotional codes;

  • bundles;

  • multi-buy offers;

  • free gifts;

  • seasonal offers; or

  • other promotions.

Specific promotional terms may apply.

Promotional terms will be communicated clearly where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • may have eligibility requirements;

  • may be limited to specified products;

  • may be limited to one use per order or customer; and

  • may not be combinable with other offers.

Any restrictions must be fair, transparent and communicated appropriately.

13. FREE GIFTS AND BUNDLED OFFERS

Where a purchase includes a free product, gift or bundled promotional item, the promotion will be treated according to its advertised terms.

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled or returned, we may require the accompanying promotional item to be returned where fair and legally permitted.

Any adjustment to a refund will comply with applicable consumer law and will not remove statutory rights.

14. PLACING AN ORDER

Our checkout process will provide information necessary for you to review your order before submitting it.

Before placing the order, you should verify all details.

The final checkout control will make clear where placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

15. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

After you submit an order, we will normally send an electronic acknowledgement.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, receipt of an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

16. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

A binding contract between you and Grunjoub will normally be formed when we expressly accept your order, for example by sending a dispatch or order acceptance confirmation.

The precise point of acceptance may be stated during checkout or in your confirmation communications.

Where products from one order are dispatched separately, a separate contract may arise for each dispatched product where this is clearly communicated.

17. REFUSING AN ORDER

Before a binding contract is formed, we may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity;

  • an applicable purchase restriction has been exceeded;

  • delivery to the requested destination is unavailable;

  • information provided is materially incomplete or incorrect; or

  • there is an obvious pricing or product-information error.

We will not refuse orders for unlawfully discriminatory reasons.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

18. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After a contract is formed, we will provide confirmation in a durable form where legally required, such as by email.

The confirmation may include:

  • order number;

  • product details;

  • amount paid;

  • delivery information;

  • billing information;

  • applicable policies; and

  • information about cancellation rights.

Please retain your order confirmation for your records.

19. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be provided by independent payment service providers.

Your payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices.

We will not impose charges for payment methods where such charges are prohibited by law.

20. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We will obtain your express consent before charging for optional additional products or services where required by law.

Optional paid extras should not be added through pre-selected options where affirmative consent is legally required.

21. PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

Your payment provider may perform:

  • authorisation checks;

  • security checks;

  • fraud prevention checks; or

  • identity verification.

An order may not be completed where payment cannot be authorised.

We are not responsible for a payment provider declining a transaction where the decision is outside our reasonable control.

22. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods will be displayed on Grunjoub.store.

Delivery information may include:

  • available delivery services;

  • applicable charges;

  • geographical availability; and

  • estimated delivery periods.

Detailed delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.

23. DELIVERY TIMES

Where we provide an estimated delivery period, it is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.

We will deliver goods within the time agreed with you.

Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK law.

If legally required delivery deadlines are not met, you may have rights to terminate the contract and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

24. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact:

contact@Grunjoub.store

as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has entered the fulfilment process.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

25. DELIVERY RISK

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where we arrange delivery, goods will generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of:

  • you; or

  • a person identified by you to take possession of them,

subject to applicable legal rules.

26. CUSTOMER-ARRANGED CARRIERS

Where you independently commission a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may transfer at a different point where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. FAILED DELIVERY

Where delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate information supplied by the customer, failure to accept delivery or failure to collect a parcel, additional reasonable costs may arise.

Any charge or action taken must be fair, proportionate and consistent with applicable law.

A failed delivery does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

28. CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Consumers purchasing online will normally have statutory cancellation rights under UK distance-selling legislation.

Where applicable, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to inform us that you wish to cancel.

You will then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

29. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products and cancellation procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to:

  • faulty products;

  • damaged products;

  • goods that are not as described;

  • goods that are not of satisfactory quality; or

  • goods that are not fit for purpose.

30. FAULTY GOODS

If goods fail to conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory remedies including, depending on the circumstances:

  • the short-term right to reject;

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • price reduction;

  • final right to reject; or

  • refund.

The availability of a remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

31. 30-DAY SHORT-TERM RIGHT TO REJECT

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a consumer may generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract.

Where applicable, exercising this right may entitle the customer to a refund.

This right is separate from the statutory cancellation right for distance purchases.

32. RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may return eligible items because you have changed your mind.

Certain categories of goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including some:

  • personalised goods;

  • custom-made goods;

  • perishable goods;

  • sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after their seal has been broken; and

  • other items legally exempt from cancellation.

Any exception will be applied only where permitted by law.

33. REFUND METHOD

Where a refund is due, it will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.

Further details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

34. CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

If you experience a problem with your order or our service, contact:

contact@Grunjoub.store

Please include:

  • your name;

  • order number where applicable;

  • description of the issue; and

  • any relevant evidence.

We will endeavour to investigate complaints fairly and appropriately.

35. REVIEWS

Where customers can submit reviews, testimonials or other user-generated content, submissions must represent genuine experiences and must not:

  • be knowingly false;

  • impersonate another person;

  • be defamatory or unlawful;

  • contain malicious material;

  • infringe intellectual property rights; or

  • intentionally mislead other consumers.

We will not knowingly commission, publish or facilitate fake consumer reviews in breach of applicable law.

36. MODERATION OF REVIEWS

Where legally appropriate, we may moderate user-generated content.

We may remove content that:

  • violates these Terms;

  • is unlawful;

  • is spam;

  • contains abusive or offensive material;

  • contains personal data that should not be published;

  • relates to an entirely different product; or

  • is demonstrably fake or fraudulent.

We will not selectively suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are unfavourable.

37. ACCOUNTS

Where Grunjoub allows customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You should notify us if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

We may take proportionate security measures to protect accounts, including temporarily restricting access where necessary.

38. SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNTS

Where account functionality is provided, we may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary due to:

  • suspected fraud;

  • security threats;

  • unlawful activity;

  • serious abuse of our services; or

  • material breach of these Terms.

Any action taken will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not affect statutory rights relating to completed purchases.

39. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights in content created for Grunjoub.store, including:

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • graphics;

  • photographs;

  • text;

  • website layout;

  • product descriptions;

  • videos; and

  • original design elements

belong to Grunjoub or are used under licence.

You may access website content for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit or commercially use protected content without permission unless permitted by law.

40. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Product names, trademarks or other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of third-party marks does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

41. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Grunjoub.store may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control independent third-party websites.

Where you choose to access an external website, its own terms and privacy practices may apply.

We are not responsible for third-party content merely because a link appears on our website, subject to any responsibility imposed by applicable law.

42. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep Grunjoub.store available and functioning properly.

However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • maintenance;

  • technical problems;

  • security incidents;

  • hosting failures;

  • network disruption; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

This clause does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

43. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • website design;

  • features;

  • products;

  • product ranges;

  • descriptions; or

  • functionality.

Such changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights relating to an existing contract.

44. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy should explain matters including:

  • what personal information we collect;

  • why we use it;

  • our lawful bases where required;

  • who may receive it;

  • how long it may be retained;

  • international transfers where applicable; and

  • your data protection rights.

45. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Grunjoub.store may use cookies and similar technologies.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or technologies, they should not be activated until the required consent has been obtained.

Further information should be provided through our Cookie Policy or cookie-management interface.

46. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We will send electronic direct marketing only where permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is required, it must be appropriately obtained.

Customers should be provided with a method to unsubscribe from applicable marketing communications.

Transactional communications relating to orders are different from promotional marketing communications.

47. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect our website and customer information.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You should:

  • use secure passwords;

  • keep account credentials confidential;

  • avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily; and

  • contact us if you suspect unauthorised activity.

48. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include:

  • severe transport disruption;

  • natural disasters;

  • major infrastructure failures;

  • widespread telecommunications disruption;

  • industrial action affecting third parties; or

  • government action.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effects where appropriate.

Nothing in this section removes statutory rights, including rights that arise from delayed delivery.

49. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of:

  • our breach of the contract; or

  • our failure to use reasonable care and skill,

to the extent required by applicable law.

A loss is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where, when the contract was formed, both parties knew that it might happen.

50. LIABILITY WE DO NOT EXCLUDE

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes, where applicable, liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of mandatory consumer rights;

  • defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded; or

  • any other liability that cannot legally be restricted.

51. BUSINESS LOSSES

Products sold through Grunjoub.store are primarily intended for private consumer use unless otherwise stated.

Where you purchase as a consumer, we are generally not responsible for purely commercial losses such as:

  • loss of business;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of revenue;

  • loss of commercial opportunity; or

  • business interruption,

where such losses arise from use of consumer products for business purposes and excluding such liability is lawful.

This provision does not affect mandatory statutory rights.

52. FAIRNESS OF THESE TERMS

These Terms are intended to be fair, transparent and written in plain language.

No provision is intended to create a significant imbalance in the rights and obligations of Grunjoub and a consumer contrary to applicable consumer law.

If a court or competent authority determines that a consumer term is unfair, that term may not bind the consumer.

53. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

Any invalid provision should be interpreted or removed only to the extent necessary.

54. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a contractual right, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.

Similarly, a delay in exercising a right will not remove statutory rights.

55. TRANSFER OF OUR RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights or obligations under a contract only where legally permitted.

Any transfer will not reduce your statutory rights or materially weaken contractual protections available to you.

Where the law requires consent or notice, the relevant requirement will be followed.

56. TRANSFER BY THE CUSTOMER

Your rights under a consumer contract may be transferred where legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that the law allows you to assign or transfer.

57. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to the contract will generally not have rights to enforce it.

This does not affect rights that third parties may have independently under law.

58. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • changes in applicable law;

  • regulatory guidance;

  • changes in our services;

  • changes in website functionality;

  • operational changes; or

  • improvements to our policies.

The latest version will be published on Grunjoub.store with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.

59. GOVERNING LAW

Consumer contracts will be governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, taking account of the country in which the consumer resides and any mandatory protections available to that consumer.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

60. COURTS AND DISPUTES

Where you are a consumer resident in:

  • England or Wales;

  • Scotland; or

  • Northern Ireland,

you may generally bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable jurisdictional rules.

We will not require consumers to bring proceedings exclusively in a jurisdiction where such a requirement would unlawfully restrict their rights.

61. APPLICABLE UK LEGISLATION

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable UK legislation and consumer-protection requirements, including where relevant:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

  • Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, as applicable;

  • Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, including applicable unfair commercial practices provisions;

  • applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018;

  • applicable electronic communications and privacy requirements;

  • applicable intellectual property laws; and

  • other mandatory UK legislation relevant to online retail.

The legislation that applies to a particular transaction will depend on the circumstances.

62. UNFAIR COMMERCIAL PRACTICES

Grunjoub will not knowingly engage in commercial practices prohibited under applicable UK consumer protection law.

We aim to ensure that commercial information is:

  • accurate;

  • clear;

  • timely;

  • transparent; and

  • not materially misleading.

We will not knowingly omit material information where doing so would cause or be likely to cause an average consumer to make a transactional decision they would not otherwise have made.

63. FALSE URGENCY AND MISLEADING SCARCITY

Any statement regarding:

  • limited stock;

  • limited availability;

  • promotion expiry;

  • countdown timers;

  • customer demand; or

  • urgency

must accurately reflect the circumstances.

Grunjoub will not knowingly create false scarcity or false urgency in a manner that breaches applicable consumer law.

64. ADVERTISING

Advertising for Grunjoub products must not materially mislead consumers.

Material product claims, pricing claims and promotional statements should be capable of appropriate substantiation where required.

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as removing protections provided by UK advertising or consumer law.

65. CUSTOMER SERVICE

For questions about:

  • orders;

  • payments;

  • delivery;

  • cancellations;

  • returns;

  • refunds;

  • faulty goods;

  • product information; or

  • these Terms,

please contact:

Grunjoub
Website: Grunjoub.store
Email: contact@Grunjoub.store

66. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies and information expressly incorporated into your purchase, form the contractual terms applicable to the transaction.

These may include:

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • product information;

  • order confirmation;

  • applicable promotional terms; and

  • any other terms expressly agreed with you.

Nothing in this section limits rights arising from representations or information that legally form part of the contract.

67. FINAL CONSUMER PROTECTION STATEMENT

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override mandatory consumer protections.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory UK consumer law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
